Park Nicollet Support Group Meeting earlier (technically yesterday)
Pam? Yeah, I really liked her too - I like ANYONE that's brave enough to comment about one's **** not stinking! LOL!
But as for our other conversation, we're gonna have to take it outside, dear. I'm not much taller than you at all. If my calculations are right (there's that friggin' calculator I mentioned yesterday!), I'm still 2 or 3 pounds heavier than you. It's just that you carry your spare in your hips, I carry mine in my belly.
Your hair is thick and curly, mine isn't.
You say tomato...

Imperfect does not = unsuccessful
Thanks to all for replying. What a friendly group. I do recognize some of you from the meeting. I'm going to take a picture of myself every Friday. I have some mostly nude photos of myself from a couple years ago when I had a different (unrelated) surgery. Scary stuff.
I have no idea how much I've lost because I haven't weighed myself since my one week follow up. I don't have a scale at home and haven't decided it I want to get one. I will weigh myself when I return to work on Monday.
A little more about me: I live with my hubby and two cats. No kids. I'm an RN. I actually work for Park Nicollet on the St. Louis Park campus right near where we were last night. I'm also a full time grad student--studying to be a nurse practitioner.
Thanks again for the warm welcome.
