I sure did! I did 75 minutes on the treadmill and burned over 600 calories. Then I did floor exercises (sit ups, pushups, leg lifts, crunches, etc.) for 15 minutes. I feel great!
I walked about 2.5 miles so far today....most of it in the downtown Minneapolis skyways. I have always thought of myself as being a bit clumsy, but since I lost all of this weight I haven't accidently bumped into even one woman while cruising through the skyways. Is that irony or mourning?
