LisaJoy's Thursday Exercise Thread
I made it to the gym this morning for a walk and some time on the eliptical. Then also walked at the MOA for another mile this evening with a friend. I'm staying on track with the exercise, it is the carb cravings that are kicking my butt right now. Hoping that they will disapate as my thyroid issues are worked out.
