B - Champion Nutrition Strawberry protein shake
L - 1 slice deli turkey w/ cream cheese, rolled up & 2 Doritos
S - 1/2 C. Lesser Evil kettle corn
D - 1/4 BBQ'd pork chop & 1 tsp. mac & cheese
*And I know I'll have a snack later tonight, just not sure what it will be yet.
*60 oz. liquids so far
Man did it feel good to get outside and fire up the BBQ today! And using Emeril's Original Essence, those porkchops were awesome!

So I had a glass of milk w/ scoop of unjury after 1/2 hr
L - sloppy joe- only bottom of bun
S - soft tortilla shell with melted provalone cheese, pizza sauce and pepperoni
D - 1 slice meatloaf & half slice bread w/low fat butter
Not positive on my liquids but pretty good today
