not even one month!

So.......................... I started my lil journey on dec. 20th, 2008 with the 10 day preop liquid diet and I was 272 lbs... ugh! surgery was on the 30th. I weighed myself this morning and I am down exactly 40 lbs and I am almost at one month for the preop diet. I am sooooooo happy, even though I don't feel too different.

OUTSTANDING! ! !  You are doing a terrific job.  Not sure when the "feeling different" will happen, but be patient with yourself.   It WILL happen.  You're 40 lbs. closer to a healthy life! !  hooray for you! ! !
