Exercise Thread for yesterday and today
Hi Everyone!
Yesterday I decided that I needed sleep more than major exercise. I did walk around to set tables for 200, but not at a "high" rate of speed. Today it was back to the gym for the elliptical and the treadmill. It is weird to work out at a different time of day- you see a completely different crowd and the energy level is kind of odd. Oh well, at least I was there and had a good sweat!!

Yesterday I cycled for 25 minutes, today I cycled for 30 minuets and did the weight machines for about 15 minutes.
