Hi Everyone!

Yesterday I decided that I needed sleep more than major exercise.  I did walk around to set tables for 200, but not at a "high" rate of speed.  Today it was back to the gym for the elliptical and the treadmill.  It is weird to work out at a different time of day- you see a completely different crowd and the energy level is kind of odd.  Oh well, at least I was there and had a good sweat!!

Yesterday I did strength training at the gym. (I can't believe I did squats and lunges without my trainer cheering me on.)

Today I did the treadmill for 45 minutes. I upped my incline and my speed.

Yesterday I just did not have the desire to do squat, but I did put in 15min with a cardio DVD.

Today I did a 45min workout that's a combo of pilates and cardio.

Yesterday I took the day off.  Today I waked more than 3 miles outdoors.  A gentle snowfall accompanied me on my walk, much to my delight.

Yesterday I cycled for 25 minutes, today I cycled for 30 minuets and did the weight machines for about 15 minutes.
