What can you take for a sore throat?

Woke up with a sore throat this morning, and I have a feeling it's going to stick around a bit. What can you take when you get a cold? Course my old favorite was Advil Cold & Sinus- Figures I'll have to find something else. Are there some good sugar free cough drops that anyone recommends?

I love Mucinex-D, but the pill is probably too big for you to swollow. Maybe they have it in liquid form for kids?

Chloroseptic seems to work really well - the spray.

Please spay and neuter your pets!

They also make an OTC form of Robitussin for diabetics that is sugar-free. It's called Dia-tussin or something like that. Check with your pharmacist. Feel better soon!

I recommend the spray, too, and if it is a cold, Theraflu strips (melt in your mouth). They have seen me through a few colds.
