I wanted to jump on board and learn everything i can. I have my first group of apptoments on Feb 16th at Meadow Brooks in St.Louis Park. I can't wait!!!

Welcome........What surgery are you looking to have?

A good place to come is the coffee get togethers. They are informative and fun. We meet every other Saturday in Maple Grove, or Eagan, Burnsville.......I go to the MG coffee, We meet at Caribou coffee in Byerlys on Elm Creek Blvd. this Saturday at 8:30am........Come join the fun and ask as many questions as you want.......

Hi Kelly,

I'm planning on having the lapband surgery done. I would be interested in meeting up with the group and learn more about whats going down the road for me on the journey.

Welcome! This is a GREAT place for you to soak up all kinds of info and opinions on WLS! Never be afraid to ask questions or share your thoughts! And as for all the stuff that gets posted here, take what helps you and leave the rest! Some of it is very OT, but everyone is pretty quick to chime in when someone asks questions!

Kevin, welcome. You have just atken one of the biggest steps on this ride. Now the formalities. U can get alot of information from this group or you can meet us all personally at a coffee. Also take some time to read peoples personal blogs they give a little look at what your going to be going through. Just to keep your head high and your eye on the prize. follow the rules and change. Change is hard to do but with the help of this tool you will do amazing things. Hope to meet you soon.
