Shape of your Face

While I was at the gym today I was walking for an hour with a mirror looking at me. HE HE I started thinking about the shape of my face. For most of my life my face has been ROUND due to the weight. As I have shed the weight I have lost the roundness of my face. I now have a pretty defined jaw line and some shape to my face. So I was wondering what my shape would be called now. So I think I'm heart shaped!! What shape are you now that you have lost some weight???? I dug up some descriptions of the different face type. I think it might be interesting to see if you can see a difference now.

Oval Face - Length equal to one and a half times width.

Round Face - Your face is as wide as it is long. This may vary a little but generally the measurement is close.

Oblong - Longer than it is wide.

Heart - Narrow at jaw line, wide at cheekbones/and or forehead.

Square - your face is about as wide as it is long.

Diamond - Widest at cheekbones, narrow forehead and jaw line of approximately equal widths.

I think you're one of the MOST beautiful women I've ever met--doesn't matter what shape your face is! Just had ta tell ya...

My face shape? Hmmm...I'm thinkin' it must be heart shaped, but that's a switch from the 'fat face' I always had 'til I lost the weight. And I do rather like my face--NOW-- Could say I'm sorta attached to it...

I think if you have to go from round to something~ heart shaped is wonderful!! I like you face too.. Its a keeper!!

Hey Dear! As a stylist, we are to determine what face shape someone is BEFORE they get their hair cut because some cuts are NOT for some shapes!!! ANYWAY, I believe you have the perfect oval shape that means you can wear ANY cut you like!

Thanks for your thoughts Sandie. I will have to take a second look and see.
Although all haircuts will not look good on me since I have extremely curly hair. Most of the time I walk out of a salon looking like a poodle!!

Funny you bring this up when ever people see my before and after pics they say how much weight I've loss in my face. I not sure what type of face I have maybe diamond.
