Short and Medium Range Goals

I am trying to set goals (beyond my ultimate goal weight) to help me stay, not motivated because I am but that make me feel like I'm making progress.

I've met the goals I had originally set: off blood pressure meds, lost the "morbidly" off of obese,  can walk to my car in the far parking lot at work without having to stop and rest, hit the 50 lb mark.

But I'm unsure of what kind of goals to make from hear. I hate to make them weight related.

Here are a few other goals I've come up with:

Be able to kneel with my butt on my heels.  Classified as overweight and not obese. Be able to run on the treadmill. Be able to do 30 minutes on the eliptical. Be able to do 5 pushups. Cardio 3 times a week, strenght training 2 times per week (minimum for both).

Not a bad list, but I'd love to hear what kind of short or medium term goals you set for yourself.

Thanks!

Those sound good to me. My goals are kinda the same. Be able to do a spinning/cycling class again. To kickbox again. To rollerblade again. To find creative ways to exercise outside of the gym.
