One Month Out - Reflections, Realizations, and Respect

Amy this is a really nice reflection of what has been going on for you.  This journey is not easy, but the DS is really forgiving and you will do amazing with it!  You will have your life back!

Yea you - 30lbs in a month is so great! Not to mention the loose pants!  Sorry to hear you had to cut off your rings, I'm sure that was sad. It will feel so great to get them resized and all prettied up down the road.  About 2 weeks ago, I had to put a ring that was one size smaller next to my wedding set to keep them on. Today I notice now that gaurd ring is too big, so I think I've got from a size 10 to an 8. I think soon I'll have to take my rings off and buy myself a pretty CZ temp ring until I reach goal.

Can't wait for another progress report in 30 days. You're doing so good!

Amy, Amy, Amy...  does it feel like a month has passed, after the MANY that passed while you waited for your approval?  It was a blink.  And in a year, when you're wearing that old prom dress, it will seem forever ago. 

YOU are EXTRAORDINARILY deserving of this gift, and I'm THRILLED for you!!  

Awww - yeah, actually it does seem like a month but only because I'm home and recovering and the time some days goes very slow...but in hindsight, it's gone quickly.

The months and months of waiting seemed to disappear once I got on "this" side - thankfully! LOL

Everyone is deserving of this chance - if they want it! I truly believe that with my whole heart.

You're an outstanding lady. I'm so proud of you!
