protien

I dont think i getting enogh protein in.  i heard people talkign about putting their protien in coffee.  Does any know of a place that sends cheap or free samples?

I am at a stall right now.  I dont think it a big deal but in been a month cents my last time i seam the scale down.

Only downside is if you like it, its $45 for a tub with 28 servings. I ordered the samples but won't be ordering a tub. 

I am a protein coffee drinker.  I love it!  I don't know where to get any samples, but I use the Body Fortress brand from Walmart.  I use both the vanilla and chocolate.  It is only like $14.00 for a tub.  Not too bad on price, or on taste.
