--persevering in the face of delay without becoming annoyed or upset
Well... I can't say I wasn't annoyed or upset, but I kept my eyes on the prize and I made it to a much-awaited goal of 80lbs lost!
I stalled for almost 3 months (since Nov) but I finally made it!!
I chose the band for all of its great features but I knew there would be natural stalls. I am so proud that I have been able to presevere and not give up (not an option for me) through the plateau.
I am near tears today - it is a great day. I have been waiting to reach -80 for a long time and today, because of my perseverance, I am happier than ever!!
