It's another receipe I got off of Eggface's website. She has tons of wonderful receipe's.
http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
3T of Whole Wheat Flour
1T SF Pudding powder to give you different flavors

Mix all together in a food processor.  She has many variations that include different SF puddings and fruit also. This makes 4 pancakes.

I make a double batch on Sunday nights and have them several mornings during the week.

On week days I grab whatever looks fast and easy. Sometimes it is not even related to breakfast foods LOL Ok, 9 out of 10 times it isn't.
I do fruit, yogurt, wheat English muffin (hallowed out so its a thin layer-toasted to crisp) with pn butter. deli meat and cheese roll up, CIB. Once in a blue moon maybe some hot cereal.
I am allergic to eggs so that cancels out a lot of morning foods

Lately I have been having a lean cuisine for breakfast...

Yesterday I had a Turkey, cheese & hummus roll up in a whole wheat flax seed tortilla..

I kinda mix it up like that...

If you check out  the world according to eggface blog, she has some recipes that I love. Mini quiche are one of my favorites. The recipe makes 24 and that keeps me for almost a week. She also has protien pancakes (made with cottage cheese) that are fabulous.

Thanks for the post.......I needed new ideas, too!

I have CoCo Wheats every morning.  I was surprised to find out that there is only 1 gram of sugar and about 7 grams of protein (The Malt O meal version has lots more sugar so make sure you get coco wheats).   I also add about 1/4 cup of milk to cool it off (which adds more protein).   Its very quick to make and nice warm breakfast that keeps me full all morning.
