Annual check ups and surgiversaries for me and my mom

This i sJulie and Diane Linngren here siging on to say that our annual check up with Dr. Buchwald went off without a hitch.  He said he was proud of both of us for the amount of weight we had lost and that we have been able to keep it off.  As of Jan 9th my mom was 5 years out and as of Jan 26th I was 3 years out.  My mom has maintained a 115 pound loss. And I have lost so far 220 and I am still loosing. 

  I am happy to report that on the day of our check up we wore our sweatshirts that we bought at Gala.  We had printed on them "Body By Buchwald"  Dr Buchwald got a kick out of them then he told his assistant Stacey that she had to come see our sweatshirts.  She loved them as well.  It was than that she told us that she herself  had had  surgery.    I thought that was pretty cool.

Third , I have exciting news.  Our family was featured in the local paper with our story of the 4 of us in one family having had surgery.  The other 2 people were my brother Jason and my sister in law Amy..  If anyone wants a copy of the story let me know
