Help
Hi, I'm only a year out and am maintaining......But maintaining is HARD......I also had Dr. Jeff, He's great along with the staff......Have you gone into see them at all or call them? If not, Give them a call and talk to one of the nurses......I'm sure they can give you some ideas on what your doing wrong, etc........
Just some idea's......Are you eating your protein first? Drinking the 64oz. of water a day? Do you stop drinking before & after meals for 30 minutes? Do you exercise?
Kelly

Don't beat yourself up........They will help you.......Don't be nervous......I'm sure after the appointment you will have all kinds of helpful ideas.......
If you want, share the idea's that they give you in case there is someone else out there that has gained.......Any & all info is helpful to us all.........
Good luck......Kelly

I haven't read your profile, but I'm GUESSING you had lost significantly MORE than 30 pounds following your surgery. Don't forget how far you've come, okay? It'll give you hope!
Does that make gaining 30 okay? No, but it DOES make you human. Posting here is a GREAT start - admitting it "out loud" is the first step to kicking it back to the curb!
I would suggest that you go back to the basics, the rules you followed so closely right after surgery. Some people would suggest the 5 day pouch test to get your head and pouch back in the game. I've never done it, but many have, and swear by it. And keep coming here - sometimes, you just have to re-commit to putting it in the front of your brain, being mindful at all times of the choices you make, the liquids, the protein, minimizing carbs, yada yada yada.... surely you know the schpiel.
GOOD LUCK TO YA!!
