Food tracking websites

I know there is the daily plate, I don't really like that one.  What are the other ones out there?

I need to really start tracking.  I feel like I am waisting my tool.  I am 6 months out and haven't really lost anything lately.  I need to watch what I am putting in my mouth.

Thanks!

I have gained some great friends on this journey!

I'm not sure about other websites, but I find it easier to keep a little notebook with me because I can't always get to a computer.
In the past I have done w****chers, but I think that cost something. How about Spark people?

Fitday is another food tracking site that some people use

First of all - the new avatar - MAJOR cuteness!

Second - please email me - I think you have my email on that biz card I gave you - I want to set up a time for us to get together.

Third - I think one of the other sites is fitday.com - personally I like dailyplate better, but try a few and see what you like - you could probably google it too.

Lastly - HUGS!!!

Oh...wait...one more thing...remember, if you're not losing pounds, you're losing inches.  It's very common to get to a plateau at your stage...your body is trying to "catch up" with all the rapid weight loss and changes. The scale may say the same thing for a while, but that doesn't mean you're not getting smaller. Don't let the scale dictate your success - measure yourself and see how many inches you've lost.

Loves ya - Tracy
