TUESDAY: Whatcha eatin' today?
So what are you planning to eat or what DID you eat today?
Myself? Well, I just woke up.... lol
My plan:
B: Leftover pot roast and veggies
S: Starbucks skinny latte
L: maybe a salmon salad that I make from scratch! yum!
D: meat and veggies... probably a crock pot meal (just got one!)

OMG! Seems I can't get enough to eat so far today! My body must be trying to make up for a week of very poor or no eating at all!
I started the morning with 32 oz of powerade zero; kashi pumpkin flaxseed granola bar, whole grain english muffin. toasted, w/ peanut butter; a handful of almonds; cup of no sugar added hot cocoa
Now I am eating lunch - grilled chicken breast w/ spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese
32 oz of water sitting on my desk just waiting to be consumed after lunch!

Pretty simple actually....
I take a fillet of fresh salmon and microwave it for 5 minutes..(with a cover on it)... it cooks up nice and fluffy and perfect... I then peel it from the skin and break it up into little chunks.
The salad is spinach (cuz I love spinach!), cherry tomatoes, a little moz. cheese, and then I put the salmon on top. I usually don't end up using any dressing because I don't want it to cover the taste of the salmon... but my roommate will put a little something on for himself.

L - 1/2 a chicken burrito bowl at Chipotle with very little rice, pinto beans, fresh salsa, a little sour cream, a little cheese, a little guac, and lettuce
S - RP's protein & fiber bar (1/2 size)
D - homemade split pea and ham soup with a small handful of saltines
beverage - 60 oz SF Cran-Raspberry juice & raspberry lemonade
S - 2 cups coffee w/ SF hazelnut (in a meeting...)
L - 1/2 a chicken burrito bowl at Chipotle with very little rice, pinto beans, fresh salsa, a little sour cream, a little cheese, a little guac, and lettuce
S - RP's protein & fiber bar (1/2 size)

Out of Bed- 1/3 cup Kashi Go Lean and 1/3 cup non-fat Greek Yogurt (with 1 tsp. of spreadable red raspberry) 4:00 AM
Breakfast- 1 stick low-fat string cheese with 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean - 8:30 AM
Lunch- 2 light babybel cheeses, 5 baby carrots, and 1 tablespoon of Apricot Kernals
Snack- Control Bar (Mixed Berry)
Dinner- Egg White omelette with mushrooms, cheese, and soy-chicken strips from TJ's
Before bed- 1/2 cup Kashi with a dash of milk

I'll have to try harder to ignore those when banded however I could
have eaten alot more of those! lol.
