What are you doing today to get your water in? What works for you to remind yourself to get your water in daily??
I bought a metal water bottle that I carry around everywhere and drink from. Also, when I am at work, I get three cups and fill them up with water and put them on my desk. Because they sit there... nagging me... I end up drinking all three.

Thanks for the reminder; When I had surgery I purchased a 24oz water bottle and have been diligent in creating a habit of drinking 4 a day. (total 96oz.) I drink 2 between breakfast & lunch; 1 in the afternoon and 1 in the evening. It keeps me from having to think about and has made it very simple. I love the pure and simple H20.
I used to hate plain wate, but just recently, i have been loooving just pure water! It's fantastic!
I get more water in the 3 days a week I work. I'll finish a 24oz bottle on the drive in and home from work. I think I get it in better because I drive with it in my hand. I still need to make water more of a priority.

I drink about 50 oz. during and right after my morning workout. I then make sure I drink at least 1 full bottle (16 oz) between breakfast and lunch, another between lunch and the end of the school day, and at least 1.5 between home and bed. I have noticed it makes a huge difference in how I feel later in the day.
Weekends are another story- I struggle to get it all in because my schedule is not nearly as structured- still a work in progress!!
