So I am one month out and I have stayed at 231 for the past two weeks? Anyone else have this problem? I wasn't being to good with my water, but now I am pounding the water down. I am just having a hard time with not losing as well as everyone else. SO please any ideas how to shed these miserable pounds would be great!

Thank you,
D

Plateaus are very normal at every stage of the journey! Don't worry about it, just feel following the rules and the weight will eventually come off!

I had surgery the same day as you and also stopped losing.  Mine was about 1 1/2wks out and lasted about 2 wks.  I thought that I would stay that weight forever.  But one day the scaled moved about 3 lbs.  I didn't do anything different and followed the rules and it has been moving ever since.  It will happen.  Good Luck

It's frustrating when you dont see the scale move DAILY or even every other day. I found that I don't lose for a week and then boom 3-4 more gone. I hate that it happens that way, but it all totals the same in the end.  The scale will move, I promise.  How about ditching the scale for a while?  Several of us have commited to not weighing for the entire month of Feb.

Stalls are very normal. Your body needs to adjust to all the changes. You are probably losing inches when you are stalled. As long as you are following the guidelines from your clinic you will do just great. Try not to weigh yourself too often!!!

Best wishes.

Stay off the scale or you'll make yourself crazy!

You either lose pounds, or inches. You're probably losing inches.

STAY OFF THE SCALE!!!!!!

Please spay and neuter your pets!

Hang in ther D....the scale will move....just give it alittle more time. Everyones situation is a little different. Don't compare yourself to others. Stick with your plan and it will work!!
