WED: If you move it, prove it!!

How did you/do you plan to move today? 

Me? Aunt flo is in.. so I am just trying to get through the day, lol. Sorry, TMI... I plan to take the stairs today and park in the back of the lot. It's the most I can handle.

I have walked 2-1/2 miles so far today, almost all of it indoors.  Virtue got the better of me today as I walked quickly through the skyways, weaving around slower moving traffic.  Anyhow, I saw this rather lovely young woman walking toward the intersection where I was headed, but she wasn't looking toward the intersection itself.  I stopped dead in my tracks otherwise I would have plowed into her, which would not have been an unpleasant experience, and she cleared me by about 6 inches before realizing I was there.  She apologized for the near miss and moved on, never realizing that I could have made a different decision.  I didn't know whether to pat myself on the back for trying to be a good guy or kick myself in the butt for missing out on a fortuitous collision.  Just kidding!  It feels good to be virtuous on occasion.

i lifted weights for an hour and then spent a 1/2 hour on the eliptical about 2.5 miles. Kinda tired now.

I just got done with my walk.I walked indoors above an ice arena.It was  a little cold so it felt good.I walked about 2 miles,without resting.When i got done i had an exercise rush of feeling good.Now i just have to walk 2 more time to make my goal for the week.

I walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes at home early this morning followed by a few strength exercises.  I went to the Y after work and walked for another 15 mins and lifted weights.  14,000 lbs!

I feel great!
