Where do I find Greek Yogurt?
I find mine at Byerly's and Kowalski's. Apparently, Rainbow is suppose to start carrying Oikos too, but they haven't started stocking it yet.
I LOVE blueberry Oikos!
Greek yogurt is thicker (more like sour cream consistency), not as sweet, comes in zero fat (check the label as some do have fat), about 120-140 calories and 12-14 grams of protein! I am not a fan of protein shakes so instead of them, I have a yogurt most mornings.
