Surgery Date! finally

Finally it has been along process to get to this point but I just received my surgery date! (3/11/2009)
Omg, what excitement. I'm so thrilled to get started

my biggest fear is failure the possibility of complications concerns me but I'll deal with that if it happens.
Can't wait to be a LOSER

That is great news.....I wouldn't worry about complications too much....I think they are pretty rare now.......It will be a good tool, if you continue to use it

CONGRATS!!! I just got my surgery date last week 3/30/09 - my biggest fear was also failure however - I had a light bulb moment 2 weeks ago when discussing this fear and here is my thought.
We don't fail because we fall off the wagon (program), we fail because we don't get back on! No one can follow the "rules" 100% - 100% of the time. There will be times when we slip up on the program but failing to pick ourselves back up and get back on track is where we actually fail! So go in with the attitiude if you slip up it is NOT the end of the world and it will be okay and that you are bound and determined to get back on track and will with this tool!
