He said he would send over his info and just ask that I work closley with the Nutritionist. So I think that means I have the go ahead? If so everything is finished besides me losing 10 pounds...so whats my next step...anyone know????
The two sources you need to go to with that question would be your surgeon, and your insurance. Once both of those are satisifed, you should be able to get a date!
If you have your insurance approval and the clinic has it then I think all you need to do it lose the wait for Dr. Cooper to send his approval to the clinic, lose the pre-surgery weight and schedule surgery!
