FRI: What's for grub?
I recently started tracking my food and holy cow... yesterday I had a Jimmy John's sandwich and after calculating everything, the one I USED to get was about 400-500 calories and 24 grams of fat. OMG. And that's an UNWICH!! So I changed a few things up and knocked it down to 200 calories and 4 grams of fat.
So whatcha eatin' today?
Me?
B: Eggs
S: Skinny Latte
L: Half of a stuffed pepper, piece of garlic chicken
S: Tuna and crackers
D: Meatballs and veggies

Hopefully it is going to be a better day for eating for me. The last 2 have been kind of ifffy- especially with the ATTAK OF THE KILLER CARB MONSTER!!
Out of bed- 4:30 AM- protein oatmeal with a little milk
Breakfast- 8:39 AM- Kashi and a Babybel
Lunch- 11:15 AM- 1/2 of Atkins bar, corned beef, mushroom, celery with sunflower butter (something our school is trying to replace peanut butter- it was yummyu)
Dinner- Cranberry chicken, brocoli, if space allows some kind of potato.
If I stick to my plan it should help me get back on track!!

Well, lately I have bee having to "Bootlegger." You can have any of them bu****ch out for the mayo - it adds like 300 calories and 20 grams of fat! AHH!! Otherwise, it's quite healthy. Also watch out for the sprouts... most people don't like that...
