Me? Same as yesterday - 2 hours of running around at work!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I will be going to the Y tonight to get in a 45 minute run/walk in, and maybe 15 minutes on the stationary bike.....along with my usual walks around the school checking in with students...

I hit the gym this morning for 35 minutes on the eliptical and a 25 minute walk.  Then  some strength training.  As odd as it sounds my blood pressure is almost going too low from all of this movement!!  A good problem to have!

Treadmill for 35 minutes and some strength exercises.  Headed to Y in the early am to walk, maybe run.  Lift weights.  I really look forward to exercise now.  I have been at in for over a month straight.

I'm trying to learn how to hula hoop on WIFIT.  OMG, it's a stich.  I CANNOT do it.  MOVE YOUR HIPS!  I DON'T HAVE HIPS.  YOU HAVE FAILED...again and again.  I CANNOT HULA, but I think I've burned calories anyway.....maybe.  If not from the hula, certainly from laughing myself silly.
