SUN: Track your food!
Sorry I missed Saturday....
Aren't weekends the worst for tracking and planning food? I think they are for a lot of people. There's some sort of schedule and order during the work week and then the weekend lurks in... and there's a sense of freedom, disorder, that kind of thing.
So? Let's plan today.... what are you going to eat?
Me?
B: Cheese stick
S: Skinny Latte
L: Still thinkin about this...
S: Milk
D: Beef franks and veggies

The dog drank my protein drink! Left a freshly made warm Click drink with a dollup on cool whip lite on the end table. Left the room for a minute and 1/2 of it was gone when I returned, along with drops of it all over the place. GRRRRR!
Here's the plan:
B - 1/2 Click protein drink made w/ nonfat powdered milk added
L- Probably lentil soup
S - South Beach Protein bar
D - stuffed chicken breast (probably about 1/3)
S- Maybe Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom bar, if anything

Dogs are cute... but sometimes I want to hurt mine, lol... I can't leave any food out either or it's GONE!
Good thing they left the foil behind!
Check this out - My pup, Riley eating mini Tootsie Pops and leaving the sticks and wrappers. SO SMART!

**We don't usually feed the dogs candy, but he stole one and I saw how he ate it, so I tossed him a few more to get on video.

Weekends are definitely the worst for eating and drinking. The whole sleeping in thing is overrated (as it messes up everything else in my schedule).
Breakfast- didn't happen because I was still in bed
Lunch- Turkey Chili with a few Ritz crackers
Snack- 1/2 of Profect Protein bullet in 16 oz. of water
Dinner- Buffalo Burger with Brocoli
Liquids- will finish the day with about 80 oz. I have started to enjoy the Diet Green Tea by Arizona.
