MON: How are you moving today?
It's back to work today, so when are you fitting in a little exercise? Lunch break? Before work? Or maybe you have the day off like me.. so how are you planning to move today?
I skied for a total of about 3 hours or more yesterday... so I feel like I can take the day off today, but I really shouldn't.
I think tonight I will get on the Wii Fit for at least 15 minutes.

I get up at 3am to do 75 mins before going to work for 10 hrs
and I travel over 1 hr each way to work.
I actually took today off, because I take one day off a week.
But, thats my day for a work day, and my days off I do 90 mins..
I feel better when I do it and its the only time I can, if I wait until I get home, I cant do it.

That is where I started.... and it just gets better!!!
and yes easier, I started with breaking them up and then in time and of course when I got back to work, I had to put the time together, I just know if I dont do it in the morning, no way I am doing it at night..
Congratulations on the purchase of the treadmill, I love mine!!

Thanks for the encouragement! One of my goals is to be just like those fit & toned women I see walking outdoors in the summer. I've wished so many times that was me, one day it will be. (Course I won't be wearing tight pants and a hot pink sports bra)

I am glad to see there is another early riser posting. I was up at 3:30 and out the door to the gym at 4:30- did 1.5 mile walk, 5 mile bike ride and 20 min. on the eliptical. Then lower body strength training.
Then it was off to work with the kindergarteners!! I really enjoy my morning workout- the roads are peaceful and it gives me a great boost to start the day!!
