MON: What are you eating today?
Well, the beginning of the work week is USUALLY great for most... it's back to routine and a planned out way of eating. For me, I have the day off... so I have to choose wisely.
So what are you eating today?
Me? I'm still working on that.
B: Slept in, so no breakfast for me
S: Skinny vanilla latte
L: Egg, beef frank
D: Still working on this.. perhaps Spaghetti Squash Lasagna..

I know what you mean! Carbs can be the devil!
Just finished up on midnight shift today so i slept until noon. Went and worked out at the gym so I didn't eat anything until dinner. Which consisted of a piece of ribeye steak, 1/2 baked potato and aspagras. It tasted great. that will be it for today food wise.
