Wow, take a deep breath. This is totally normal. Stay off the scale or you'll make yourself crazy. You either lose weight or inches. You're probably losing inches. And the whole goal after surgery is to slowly increase the amount of food your eating until up to 3/4 cup or 1 cup of food. There's no way you can eat that at 3 months out (unless it's slider foods).

So stand back, throw out your scale, and BREATHE!

Please spay and neuter your pets!

I'm with Farrah here! Step back, take a deep breath, and relax!
Yes, all of it is normal.

And you'll be amazed next week when your clothes are looser than they are now! Inches, not pounds.

Relax! Your tool isn't done working yet! Just do your part & follow your rules.

It is VERY normal. I plateaued for almost 3 months (but I have the band so we are a little slower)... but the weight started coming off again.

During the time I wasn't losing pounds, I dropped from a size 18 to a size 14 in pants!!!!

Don't worry.... take a deep breath and enjoy your journey... and everything it brings.
