That seems like a dang good reason for a lot of us to move a little...

20 minutes on the treadmill is my plan.. or otherwise the Wii Fit!
see I to do this and its working and exercise doesn't have to cost I walk evey day and when possible on my brakes at work I walk. no matter the wheather I try to walk out side ( but In MN there have been a few days even I will not walk in) if I can't get out side the mall is not that far away. have a good one later
