So how do you plan to shake your tush today?
Why even bother? Well... exercise helps you sleep!!

Regular exercise can help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. The timing is up to you, but if you're having trouble sleeping, you might want to try late afternoon workouts. Me? Running around at work (usually 2 hrs) and then the Wii Fit after work!

I think I will go downstairs and see if the treadmill at the apt building works. In the 2 months I have been here, I have never seen anyone on it, but then I don't spend alot of time down there.
Otherwise, I think I will get the heck out of the building and just walk. Too much sedentary time when I am watching Nemi.
