So how do you plan to shake your tush today?
Why even bother?    Well... exercise helps you sleep!! 
"A good night's sleep can improve your concentration, productivity and mood. And, you guessed it, exercise is sometimes the key to better sleep. Regular exercise can help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. The timing is up to you, but if you're having trouble sleeping, you might want to try late afternoon workouts. The natural dip in body temperature five to six hours after you exercise might help you fall asleep."

Well heck, now that you know THAT, how do you plan to move today?

Me? Running around at work (usually 2 hrs) and then the Wii Fit after work!

Got in 15 minutes on the treadmill first thing. YEA!

I think I will go downstairs and see if the treadmill at the apt building works. In the 2 months I have been here, I have never seen anyone on it, but then I don't spend alot of time down there.

Otherwise, I think I will get the heck out of the building and just walk. Too much sedentary time when I am watching Nemi.

Hitting the Y again. Gotta get my 12 times in for sure for insurance!!

I'm going to try a group exercise tonight if I get out of work early enough. Otherwise I'll go on the Octane machine.

Busted! 

Monkey see, monkey do I guess.  Crappy video, but cute none the less.  Lauren logged about 10 seconds of walking in place on mommy's treadmill this afternoon.
