THURS: It's peanut butter jelly time!!
Food-themed song of the day? Peanut Butter Jelly Time!!
For some it helps to track, for others... it doesn't make a difference. But I think what this is really about is being mindful of what we put in our body. It's as simple as that. We may not "Write it if we bite it," but putting a little thought into our day's meals gives us the power to make the right choices!
Planning my meals will be especially important today b/c I work. If I don't plan, I starve myself at work and then binge at night. SO... here's my plan:
B: 1 cup eggbeaters with mushrooms/cheese
S: Skinny Latte
L: Tuna with fat free mayo and cottage cheese
S: Cheese Stick
D: Chicken breast and veggies (brussel sprouts probably)
Dessert: No Pudge brownie perhaps!
