BMI over 30? Pay more for insurance

South Carolina is considering making state employees pay an extra 25 bucks per month if BMI exceeds 30.  And the insurance plan covers NO fitness membership.  They are trying to be fair to smokers who just learned that their costs are going up.

It figures S.C. would go that route since tobacco is still a big share of their industry there.
