FRI: The Sexy Benefit of Exercise!

Here's another benefit that a lot of us would be happy to hear..
Regular exercise can leave you feeling energized and looking better, which may have a positive effect on your sex life. But there's more to it than that. Exercise improves your circulation, which can lead to more satisfying sex. And men who exercise regularly are less likely to have problems with erectile dysfunction than are men who don't exercise, especially as they get older.

So how did you/do you plan to move today?

Me? Well, I will admit I slacked on moving today... but I'm planning to do the Wii Fit or just take a nice walk!

Where are you finding all this great information???  I look forward to reading it each day!

I will be heading to the gym in about 15 minutes.  Will do 70 minutes of cardio (with warm-up and cool down) and lower body strength training.
I am taking the weekend "off" but will get back to it on Tuesday.
I am thankful for my gym and the people I have the plaeaasure of working out with.  They keep me motivated and laughing.  I also have a chance to catch up on the national and local news!

Ummm - okay, I skipped my morning workout , however I'll take my roommate's dogs for a walk tonight.  It will be lower intensity, but longer.
I'm loving this accountability (most of the time)!

I walked 3 miles at lunch time today.  I even saw a robin!  WTH?

I did 17 minutes on the treadmill this morning. 

I don't like the heart monitor on the treadmill grips, and refuse to mess with that chest strap. Is there a hear rate monitor like  watch with NO chest strap, or do they all have straps?
