Never say never!

For those of you who think they will never dump.....or won't dump when they are years post-op....I warn you that you may be unpleasantly surprised.

Last night "Little Debbie" kicked my ass.  Big time.  Head over the toilet heaving and wishing for the bullet to end the misery.  I'm not looking for any sympathy as I should know better, but I'm just putting it out there to be careful and don't get too ****y thinking it will never happen to you.  I had been working on this box of Nutty Bars for over a month...(yes I know they are poison)...and wouldn't you know the LAST pack in the box gave me a dump that ranks up there as the  #2 all time worst...after the #1 dump of cherry Nyquil.  And yes, I am nearly 6 years post-op.

So - my advice is to not do as I do...but be careful.  I guess I'm happy that my plumbing is still intact to jerk me back to reality.

Still "hung over" today...    yikes, what an idiot I can be.

Yep yep no matter what the tool is... it can still kick your butt years out :) lol I guess that's good and bad. lol

I will be 4 years out in June and don't dump on nearly enough stuff. I can get away with way, way too much. Trying to clean out the cupboards and get rid of the trashy stuff and start over. I guess they say, it is never to late to start again.
