Because it's V-day, today's theme is "Food that's good for the "

Here's a list of foods from an article I found:
Salmon, Olive Oil, Oats, Apples, Almonds, Red wine, Soy, Green leafy veggies, Tomatoes

Well.. today is a HARD day - why?? CHOCOLATE!!
It's all about the head hunger and head games... and pure old habit!

So I'm making a plan today and will do my BEST to stick to it... as coworkers bring chocolate and goodies into work...ugh.

B: Skinny Latte and Cottage Cheese
S: Dark chocolate (1 piece)
L: Tuna unwich
S: Cheese sticks (2)
D: Chicken and veggies
