Holistic Approaches
Ladies & Gents,
TY to a dear friend of mine & fellow DS'er, Lori B. posted on the DS forum about the benefits of consuming Chia seeds.
Now, before you run off and call me crazy, please do take a minute to read through her post. It is LONG, I will warn you of that, but I am a little excited to hear of all this. I've never heard of it before, so if you have, let me know what your discovery(ies) were!
Constipation issues? IBS issues? Frequent BM's? Acid Reflux? etc. - the health benefits being touted are just astounding IMHO.
Now, let me say one more thing that is coming to me at this point...do I think you should take these if you have diverticulitis or diverticulosis? Heck no. Only your doc will know if it's okay.

Thanks for sharing Amy!
Thanks for sharing Amy - I've tried just about everything to help me in the poopie dept and have just been using Miralax for the last year or so. Maybe I should give this a try. I'll do a bit more research and if I do try it and it's a miracle....I'll report back!
