SUN: How ya movin' today?

I know it's Sunday... a day of rest for a lot of people... but maybe exercising will be a way to relax or have fun today.

Here's a list of fun ways to exercise:
1. Play Twister
2. Hula-Hoop
3. Play kickball
4. Skip to a beat
5. Get a dance groove
6. Jump rope
7. Play with toys (exercise balls, bands, weights)
8. Go to recess
9. Trampolining
10. Play Frisbee golf
11. Leed a cheer
12. Play HORSE with a basketball
13. Play Marco Polo

SO, HOW ARE YOU MOVING TODAY? Write it down and claim it! Even if it's just walking up 3 flights of stairs!

Me? I will go skiing today most likely and then might hit a dance club late at night and dance the night away!

I am actually taking the weekend off from movement- by doctor's order.  It feels really weird to just be a slug (hey, is that a weird WOW, or what??).  I will be back at it early Tuesday morning before school starts.  Can't wait!!!

I used my new to me elliptical for the first time this morning along with my treadmill.  Love the new machine!  Pushups, boards, and crunches too.
