MON: Exercise thread!
Lots of people have the day off today... so how do you plan to exercise? I am thinking ahead to warmer weather and found a little list of spring outdoor exercise ideas:
1. Skipping Rope
2. Geocaching
3. Yoga at dawn
4. Fitness trails
5. Amateur leagues
So how are you planning to exercise today?
I think I am going to do a little yoga and strength training today. My body needs it after TONS of cardio work last night.

Went to Gold's Gym in Woodbury at 8am. Jogged 20 of the 30 minutes (not including 5 min cooldown). I am up to doing the full 20 minutes together instead of splitting it up over the 30 minutes. It feels so fantastic to push myself this way. I am going to try to work up to the full 30 minutes over the next month. Once I can do that, I will increase the time on the treadmill. My goal is to be able to jog for 50 - 60 minutes. After the treadmill, I then did 30 minutes on the weight machines, working my lower body today. I alternate days between lower and upper body.
walked at work for one hour then when I got home did my regular two hour walk it was a great day. but a short day I work 12 shifts on the week end then they called and I went in to work an extra 4 on the pm shift tonight.after my shift I might walk another hour at work ... Had a craving issue this week end that time of the month I think so now I need to walk it off.........
