OT- Where to change email

Hey I get notifications from OH but tomorrow my email changes but I can not find where to change it here- HELP!

 5'2" - High Weight=224 / Current=145 / My Goal= 130

Go to My OH - up on top.  Then click settings along the left side, it's on the bottom.  Then click Contact.  Your email address is there.
