What are you eating today? It's nice to see people post because it gives us all food ideas!! Sometimes it's so easy to get into an eating 'funk' and eat the same things over and over. If you post here, you may just give someone the idea they need during a stall or when their diet seems boring!

S: Skinny vanilla latte
L: 1/2 of an Unwich
S: Chocolate Milk
D: Fish and Yams
S: Sugar-Free Cocoa

I know I have gotten ideas from others. I totally hear you about getting into a rut with meals.
out of bed- protein oatmeal with peanut butter and a little milk
breakfast- kashi and a cheese stick
lunch- 1/2 meat wrap, carrots, 1/3 atkins bar
snack- cheese stick and graham cracker
dinner- unknown at this time (depends on when I get home)
my eating has settled back down, for which I am grateful.

After WAY too much good stuff this weekend, I need to get back to eating RIGHT! (at least, that's what my SCALE told me this morning!)

it seems I am eating correctly, but I am on a permanent stall. have gained back in the past few months and am really sad about that. I hope, hope, hope with Spring on the horizon I can reverse this.
