TUES: Let's move today!!
How do you plan to MOVE today? Will it be a few climbs on the stairs? Playing with your kids or your pet? It doesn't have to be anything amazing... it can just be a conscious effort to wiggle your butt a little more.

Yesterday I managed 22 minutes on the Wii Fit... today I will try for 30 minutes... I'm working my way up! I also am making more of an effort to go outside with my pup.

I thought I'd be bumping up my walking from 15 minutes to 20 this week, but I think I'll take it slower and go for 17. (more if I'm able) I didn't get on last night at all, the first day I missed since 2/7.
I bought an ipod yesterday and am trying to figure that thing out. Managed to get about a dozen songs on it, but good greif there's a lot to learn. (I sound like my mom)
