TUES: Let's move today!!

How do you plan to MOVE today? Will it be a few climbs on the stairs? Playing with your kids or your pet? It doesn't have to be anything amazing... it can just be a conscious effort to wiggle your butt a little more.

Me?

Yesterday I managed 22 minutes on the Wii Fit... today I will try for 30 minutes... I'm working my way up! I also am making more of an effort to go outside with my pup.

How about you?

It is back to the gym for me today.  A nice long walk, the bike and the eliptical.  Then it is chasing the kindergarteners for the school day! 

The accountability of this thread is great for me!

I thought I'd be bumping up my walking from 15 minutes to 20 this week, but I think I'll take it slower and go for 17. (more if I'm able)  I didn't get on last night at all, the first day I missed since 2/7.

I bought an ipod yesterday and am trying to figure that thing out. Managed to get about a dozen songs on it, but good greif there's a lot to learn. (I sound like my mom)

I'm on my way to the treadmill now, and also plan on doing it late this afternoon......

I usually go for 30 min. at 3.5 mph @ 4-12% incline........

I actually went outside for a 40 minute walk. I got cold or I would have gone longer. I just needed the fresh air!!

I won't get my gym membership until after March 1st...I called them yesterday....ugh!!

I walked 3 miles outdoors today.  I wallked past a deer nibbling on a tree only 4 feet  from where I was.  Amazing!

I did 30 min on the treadmill this morning, which was up from 20 min last week.  Last week I walked the same speed and incline, but today I did intervals.  I always feel great after an interval workout!

Oh - and I lost 4 lbs last week!
