Congrats fellow old-timer!!!

As someone who is coming up to their 6 year soon, I love hearing that others as far out as me are still hanging in there and doing well.

Congrats too on that awesome BMI!  Good for you!!!

Isn't that the TRUTH! Not feeling liberated yet myself, but getting there.

Congrats on getting yourself down to a fantastic BMI. It's so encouraging to know you're holding there years after surgery.

I will try to be more a presence here as I remember in the early days how nice it was to find someone who'd BTDT.  I am also in need of some advice regarding the lifelong nutrition needs, myself. 

I'm impressed with all the "new lifers" on here!  Congratulations to all of you for pursuing health and well-being.
