Me? I am getting up and heading out to ski! I can't wait!! 

How about you? Have you been doing anything to step your workout UP a bit?

Thanks for doing this thread everyday, it reminds me to move.......

I've been doing the treadmill 2 times a day now, for 30 mintues each time. Today I plan on doing it 2, but for 50 minutes each time......

I was a good girl, got up 1/2 hour early and did 18 minutes on the treadmill at 4 AM !

AAH!  I slept through an hour of my alarm going off this morning!  I don't understand how that happens, but as my roommates says I must have needed the extra sleep.  Anyway, I didn't workout this morning so now I have to be creative and try to get something in during work.  I could walk the skyways over lunch.  I could also take a couple of short breaks and do some stairs.

This thread has motivated me to find different ways to get exercise in - THANK YOU Elena!

It was off to the gym this morning!  I even left my house early, thinking the roads would be worse than they were.  It is nice to be back in the routine of things.  I am constantly amazed at the changes in my body- Although I am still a big person, I am starting to look like I am more in shape.  It is kind of fun not to be the "new person" anymore and join in the conversations of the people I see everytday.

Today I did- 20 min. on the eliptical, 15 min on the bike, and 30 min. on the treadmill.  Then upper body strength training.  I left there feeling quite tired!  But in a good way.

I walked 3 miles outdoors so far today.  The roar of water flowing over St. Anthony Falls is getting louder with the days of warm weather and melting we have had.

Yes and no.  I have been spending more time on the MN board because I have met some of them in person and I have been spending less time overall because I have been busy with other things.  Many of my RNY friends have moved over to Facebook, too. 
I was just teasing. . . to tell the truth, I have NO idea how I got to the MN board. . .  LOL

I recognized a few faces and thought I was on RNY, but when I started reading the threads I realized "We're not in Kansas anymore Toto!"

Seems like a nice community.
