Interesting nutrition fact for today:
Seaweed contains more calcium than milk, more iron than meat and more protein than eggs.

So what are you eating today? Seaweed perhaps? :)

B: Fruit and cheese
S: Skinny latte
L: We'll see?
S: Milk
D: Tilapia with brussel sprouts

THANK YOU FOR MENTIONING SEAWEED!  I have been trying to evaluate how my eating has changed in the last few months and trying to remember some of the awesome healthy things I could be eating instead of junk!  I miss miso soup!!  I completely forgot about it until you mentioned it.  I am going to put it on my shopping list right now.

B: Coffee and a protein shake
L: 4 oz chicken salad and a wasa cracker
S: Don't know yet. 
D: Chicken breast... I don't know what to do with it yet.  Any ideas?

Well it's day 3 of the 5dpt, so today I'm having:

B- hard boiled egg
L- Parmesan Tuna patty
D- Salmon patty
If I have a snack it will be SF jello, or pudding, or popscicle.....

For me today:

B: Quaker lower sugar oatmeal
L: 1/2 cup casserole (green beans, peas, ground beef, ff cream of chicken soup) My weightloss friendly version of tater tot hotdish (just minus the tater tots)!
D: same as lunch

Already have my vitamins in, will get the calcium in throughout the day.

I think I need to follow your posts!  I love seaweed and my girls(2&4) also love it.

Do they make seaweed shakes?  well they should!

btw...congrats on your weightloss....really impressive!

B-1/2 cup of Ceral with  2% milk
S- Nothing
L- Pintos and Cheese
S- Nothing
D-Chili with Cheese
S- 1/2 cup of Cereal with 2% milk

All Vitamins in.

H2O- 60 oz and counting
