Seaweed contains more calcium than milk, more iron than meat and more protein than eggs.

THANK YOU FOR MENTIONING SEAWEED! I have been trying to evaluate how my eating has changed in the last few months and trying to remember some of the awesome healthy things I could be eating instead of junk! I miss miso soup!! I completely forgot about it until you mentioned it. I am going to put it on my shopping list right now.

Yams? Brussel Sprouts? Whole Grain pasta? Spaghetti Squash? Broccoli and cheese? Cooked carrots? Just some ideas.... :)
For me today:
B: Quaker lower sugar oatmeal
L: 1/2 cup casserole (green beans, peas, ground beef, ff cream of chicken soup) My weightloss friendly version of tater tot hotdish (just minus the tater tots)!
D: same as lunch
Already have my vitamins in, will get the calcium in throughout the day.
