Interesting exercise fact:
Your muscles do not grow during exercise. Exercise is only the stimulus. The body strengthens the muscles while you are resting.

Me? I'm not. :( The injury is keeping my sitting on the couch all day.
Elena - Thanks for posting the daily thread even though you won't be exercising yourself today. I hope you awaken feeling a little better than yesterday.
I'm about to jump on the treadmill and try out my brand spankin new tennies. Hope they feel as good after my walk as they did walking around the store. :-)

Lifted weights for a hour and biked for 1/2 hour. Probably won't be able to get to the gym the rest of the week have to work and won't get home until after 7 by the time I get a bit to eat and have a little time with my family it's time for bed. I hope all have great weekend.
