Well I'm on day 4 of the 5dpt, Ill be eating:

B- 2 hard boiled eggs
s- New whey protein bullet
L- Protein shake
D- Parmesan Tilapia fish
s- ?

I've been drinking 80 oz. of water

I've lost 6 pounds so far.....YAY  I love this 5DPT.......It works.......

I started Monday......So I'm on day 4.......I've really learned from this that you really should only eat Protein, nothing else.......

Ok, so if this is a way to hold myself accountable I am going to start checking in NO matter, what I eat....

So far...

b.....half french dip sand leftover/ coffee
s..  beef jerkey

l.... chicken enchilada
s... the rest of my beef jerkey
d...  Not sure.. going to BINGO so probably as healthy as I can get there?

        I have gained some great friends on this journey!
