OT: Prayers needed for Peggy Larkin

Peggy Larkin had emergency surgery last night to take care of a small bowel obstruction.  At first it was thought to be from her WLS but it was actually from having an appendectomy (scar tissue) when she was 16 y.o.  If she would have had a normal stomach, it would have worked itself out but due to the fact of her smaller stomach, they had to do an open procedure.  I saw her this afternoon and she looks good but is still in a bit of pain.   

Please keep Peggy up in your prayers for a quick and non-incidental recovery.

Oh poor Peggy! I will keep her in my prayers!!

Oh man.... been there, done that - TWICE.  I am certainly sending up prayers for her - with HER schedule, I'm sure this is about the LAST thing she wanted added to her plate! 

Can you tell me where she is, Cathy?  And any idea how long she'll be in?

WoW..you've had this done twice?  She surely didn't need this to be combined with her schedule, but, I know she will pull through fine and with flying colors as she always does. 

She is at HCMC and said she'd be there two to three days.  I know she'd love to hear from you or see you. 

yup...  first one was at the top of my C-section incision, the second one 10 months later out the left side of the first one.  (I won't mention where/who did the first one...)  I've always said I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy - CERTAINLY not dear Peggy! 

I'll give her a shout tonight, I hope she has her cell with her...

I'm sorry Darla, I just saw your note about Peggy having her cell phone.  She actually doesn't have her phone with her.  I will email you on FB where to contact her.
