FRI: Exercise thread!

Sorry today's thread isn't as informative...I can't sleep but very out of it still.

It's Friday.. so what will you do to move today? Even if it's 5 minutes up and down the stairs!

Me? I am on the couch...hurting and healing still. :(

Healing is VERY important and takes more energy than you would think.  Remeber, your body has been through a trauma.

I am off to the gym for an abbreviated workout as I have to be at work by 7:00 this morning.  But I am still going!!!  Will take more of a break over the weekend from exercise and catch up on sleep (when I am not at work).

I went back to see what happened to make you hurt.......OMG......what a bummer! I hope you heal quickly.

I'm going to try a new aerobics dance class today. Should be interesting.

Hope you're feeling a tad better today!

I did 18 minutes on the treadmill this morning, the last three did on an incline of 6.  Planning to go to Trader Joe's for the first time this afternoon w/ my mom.  Knowing her, we'll have to scour EVERY isle, so I should get alittle more walking in that way too.

One day at a time.....You'll be up and running around before you know it.......:)

I plan on doing the treadmill twice and the home gym........

I may even go walk the shopping center, I have nothing to do today, so may go window shopping....

I love this thread - it helps me get to the gym because I look forward to being able to post what I did here.  Thank you Elena and I hope you're feeling a bit better today!

Treadmill for 30 min with high intensity intervals.  Feels great!

I am REALLY glad you like this thread... I hope to be able to keep it up for quite a while - I think it really helps too!

I hope you are well enough to come to MG coffee tomorrow.  You can come and bask in our collective empathy for how you are feeling.

Today was a good exercise day for me.  So far I have walked almost 4 miles outdoors.

I hope to make it to MG tomorrow. How do you stay warm walking outdoors? I think I want to start doing that too... I love the ourdoors!
