FRI: Exercise thread!
Sorry today's thread isn't as informative...I can't sleep but very out of it still.
It's Friday.. so what will you do to move today? Even if it's 5 minutes up and down the stairs!

Healing is VERY important and takes more energy than you would think. Remeber, your body has been through a trauma.
I am off to the gym for an abbreviated workout as I have to be at work by 7:00 this morning. But I am still going!!! Will take more of a break over the weekend from exercise and catch up on sleep (when I am not at work).

I did 18 minutes on the treadmill this morning, the last three did on an incline of 6. Planning to go to Trader Joe's for the first time this afternoon w/ my mom. Knowing her, we'll have to scour EVERY isle, so I should get alittle more walking in that way too.

I am REALLY glad you like this thread... I hope to be able to keep it up for quite a while - I think it really helps too!
I hope to make it to MG tomorrow. How do you stay warm walking outdoors? I think I want to start doing that too... I love the ourdoors!
